大阪、それは全てが巨大化してしまう町…

8日目は和歌山県有田川の道の駅からスタート

80キロほど先の大阪中心地を目指す

今日はこの旅で始めて一泊1500円の激安ホテルを取っといたからウキウキで走り始める

8日目の道のり

まずは国道42号を和歌山市街方面へ

紀伊半島をぐるっと一周する42号ももうすぐ終わり。42号にはきつい山も綺麗な海も、色んな日本を見せてもらった。だいぶお世話になったなぁ…

和歌山市街を抜けると、一つ峠を越えればすぐに大阪府だ

大阪に入ってからは、ひたすら都会の道。

とにかく日差しが強くて、日焼けがむけた肌は燃えるように痛かった。

たまらず関空がみえる道の駅で休憩

雲ひとつない快晴すぎて、照り返しも相まって本当に参った

西日本に入ったこともあって、クマゼミの大合唱が耳をつんざくように響く。

東日本には生息していないクマゼミの大合唱を聞いて、「あぁ、こんなとこまでチャリで来たんだなぁ」って実感した

まぁ大阪は本当に住宅街と都会が続くから特に面白いこともなく、気づけば今日予約した宿にたどり着いた。

流石1500円の監獄みたいな宿だったけど、毎日野宿を続けてた身からすれば本当に天国みたいな宿だった。

そしてこの宿に荷物を置いて、今日1番の楽しみ「大阪観光」に繰り出す

どんだけ浮浪者の格好やねんって思いながらも、こんな旅をしてると身なりとかどうでもよくなるんだなって思った。気づけば全然恥ずかしいとか無くなってた。

大阪をちゃんと観光するのは初めてでワクワクしたまま飛び出した（新幹線で通ったことしかなかった）

初めて見る大阪の街は想像する「大阪」そのまんまだった

並ぶ下町風の飲屋街

少し怪しくて少し怖いそんな気もしたけど人々の活気とごちゃごちゃ感は東京とは全然違った

そして有名な通天閣タワーを抜けて

大阪といえばやっぱりここだろ！ってくらいに関東人からすれば来たかった場所、道頓堀へ

大阪の中心的観光地ともいえる道頓堀は、とりあえず全てが巨大化してる街だった。

流石大阪って言えるくらいに、目立ちたがる地域性の塊だった。

なんというか、大阪感が本当にすごかった

大阪の街を満喫した後は、久しぶりの屋内でゆっくりしたかったから、早めに宿に戻って就寝



外国の人の注意書きに「どんだけうるさい奴いるんだ…」って思いながら気づいたら眠りに落ちてた。

そして明日は同じくひとり旅をしている親父と姫路で合流するらしい…
